You may recently have heard a lot about GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) which becomes enforceable from the 25th May 2018.

The law is the first major update to data protection since the ‘Data Protection Act 1998’ designed to help protect how all of our data is used in today’s digital age.

As a website owner, this new law potentially has implications for you. You may have already started your own preparations for GDPR which is fantastic but, if not, we have created a couple of documents to give you the basics and the changes you may want to consider making to your website.

If you have any questions or need any assistance, please don't hesitate to get in touch.

As part of our own compliance we have also updated our standard terms and conditions to form our ‘GDPR contract’ with you.
