Long-term and large email storage

Our hosting packages are all fully email enabled. For users requiring large online email account storage we also offer hosted Microsoft Exchange Server and extended email storage space as an optional service.

Exchange server email

Exchange server mailboxes allow you to keep your entire email history online and synchronise it across your computers, phones and tablets as well as accessing via Microsoft Outlook webmail.

Spectulise provide hosted Exchange Server accounts at £60.50 per mailbox, per year.

We offer a reduced rate for charities and educational organisations (subject to Microsoft's academic/charity scheme).

Please note that if opting to use Exchange Server on a domain, all emails will go via Exchange Server - i.e. you can't opt to run some email accounts via the normal hosting account and others via Exchange Server.

Extended email storage

Its not normally cost effective to store email long-term on production webspace. For that reason we offer extended email storage plans on servers optimised for volume email storage.

The email specific space works in the same way as our normal hosting packages with a control panel. Unlimited email accounts and forwarders can be created - the only limitation is the overall space. This makes it particularly cost effective over Exchange Server if you have multiple email accounts.
